I have been hard at work over the last few hours coming up with ways for people to give us their money. I think I've done well. As I write this there are now five pieces of Bodyboarding WA merchandise available from our Cafepress store at www.cafepress.com/bbwa. We have a clock (yeah I know right, wait til I get to the others), a coffee mug, a mousepad, a guys long sleeve t-shirt and also a chicks. This ladies and gentlefolk is a great way to support Bodyboarding WA and also get something cool (well I think it's cool, but then I made it all which gives me some sort of bias) in the process.

In all seriousness though, the website in its new glory now costs over $50 a month to run, plus our time (I spent probably about 76 man hours getting it back up and running, at a minimum) and merchandise sales will really help to recoup that. Once we start making our money back we're looking at providing @bodyboardingwa.com e-mail addresses for all members, for free, with 10gb of space using the G-mail interface. So instead of This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it you can have This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . I ask you my friends, which is cooler?

AND, if I haven't begged enough already, this stuff is actually REALLY cheap at the moment. The Aussie dollar is strong, real strong, bout 80 US cents as I write this so including delivery you can have your very own Bodyboarding WA t-shirt delivered to your door for around about $35 Australian dollars. You don't even need to leave the comfort of your home, or caravan, or cave or whatever...
