The Mindarie Bodyboarding Assocation has been running under the current administration since 2003, holding competions at Claytons in Mindarie, Locals in Yancheop and Trigg Point. 2006 was the club's biggest year since its inception, with 91 competing members. In 2007, MBA recieved backing from Exclusively Bodyboarding Scarborough (EBB), as well as retaining our long-running sponsors Funkshen Bodyboards, Creatures of Leisure and Northern Surf.

2007 is set to be MBA's biggest year, with our best financial and prize sponsorship to date. This year MBA can garantee prizes to the top 4 place getters in every division in each of the 6 rounds of competion, as well as a Funkshen custom bodyboard of your choice for points champions of each age division at the end of the competitive season.

MBA has has divisions for u/14, u/16, u/18, opens, drop knee (and one for the girls if enough show up on the day!) So if you enjoy bodyboarding and would like to start competing, or just to meet new mates in the area to surf with, why not contact one of our committee and join today!
