I was saddened to learn of the passing of young Port Macquarie bodyboarder Ben Hall this evening, in an event which will no doubt be strongly felt throughout Australian bodyboarding circles. Hall (Luke Hall's little brother) was killed while riding his motorbike in Indonesia, in what should very much be a reminder to all bodyboarders of the fragility of life and the dangers of riding in foreign countries, especially Indonesia. Ben was a young and dedicated bodyboarder who featured heavily in Robby Gray's recent movie Foot Soldiers as well as even appearing in the latest tension. From all here at Bodyboarding WA we wish all the best to the Hall family as well as the Port Macquarie bodyboarding fraternity.
